RETURN & CANCELLATION

As a private individual, when purchasing food supplements online, you generally have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period begins on the day you received the goods.

 

Conditions and exclusions of return and right of withdrawal

However, the right of withdrawal only applies to unopened and unused products. milDAO is a 100% natural product and is manufactured, packaged and stored very carefully. It is therefore important that you do not open the packaging of the product if you are considering a return.

 

IMPORTANT:

If the product arrives damaged or already opened, we will of course replace it free of charge. Contact us at kundendienst@milviva.ch and send us a photo of the packaging. We will then take care of the rest.

 

Cancellation and return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision in writing within 14 days at kundendienst@milviva.ch.

After cancellation, you are obliged to return the product immediately, but no later than within 14 days. You will bear the costs of the return shipment yourself, unless the product has been proven to have arrived damaged.

 

Refund

After receipt of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days, provided the product is in perfect and unopened condition.

Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to private customers (consumers). The right of withdrawal is not available for commercial purchases or custom-made products.
